Relax on the Balcony
The Barn provides very comfortable SELF CATERING accommodation right in the centre of the village of Youlgrave where you can relax in the tastefully decorated lounge, enjoy the home comforts of TV and DVD and fall asleep in a King sized bed while watching the romantic night sky if you wish.
The kitchen: Induction Hob, Electric fan Oven, Microwave, Fridge, washing machine, iron and board All the cutlery and crockery you will need if you decide to cook.
The lounge: TV, DVD's, Two comfy leather sofas and a chair. Dining table and chairs.
The bathroom: Shower over bath in a modern room. Towels are provided.
The bedroom: King sized bed, quiet and restful all linen provided.
The balcony: Compact and catches the sun, a table and two chairs are provided.
Parking There is a parking space with The Barn next to the property
The accommodation is perfect for two people but one of the sofas in the lounge converts easily into a bed to increase the occupancy but only by prior agreement and this is limited to children under 12.
An outside balcony with table and chairs allows you to enjoy the warm summer evenings while sipping a glass of the wine of your choice.
There are three shops close by which are well stocked with all the provisions you might need for your stay. The village pubs also serve home cooked food and an excellent range of real ales.

- The Barn accommodation prices (based on two people sharing) start at £80 per night in low season to £120 per night high season. However any winter booking can be subject to an extra £25 to cover increased energy costs.
